I am a Norwich fan and i recently went to the away game at the ricoh arena. Took about 3 hours to get there from norwich by coach and the ground opens at 1.30pm
The stadium has a rule on all bottles. If you have bottles in your bag you are asked to remove the lids/caps and either drink it or bin it. There is a electronic ticket system so no traditional turnstiles. Inside the stadium my first impression was that it was small but that was probably due to the steepness of the stands. Overall the view is good from the away section unless you were at the a/b rows.
There was a little scuffle during the game between the cov and canary fans but i think it was us that started it.
We played awful and we deserved to lose more than 0-1!!!
Oh also the food is pricey but meh its the midlands!

Travel Information to Ricoh Arena
Directions by Car
Leave the M6 at junstion 3 and take the A444 towards the city centre, at the first island you come too turn left and you will see the ground on your right.
Coventry Park 'n' Ride I can definitely recommend the Jaguar site car park in Baginton. Best way to reach it is to take the M40 and leave at Junction 15. Follow the A46 to Coventry (about 10 miles) until you reach the end of the road where the 'Park and Ride' is signposted, just follow the sign round the roundabout.
Car park costs £7 per car and that includes the bus to and from the ground. You can also walk up to the bus if you are local and pay £3 for the bus service only
The journey time between car park and ground is about 20 mins each way and you are dropped right outside the ground. Pickup is at exactly the same spot.

There is a very small car park outside the ground which is for home fans only, away fans are directed to local independent car parks which are all well signposted, there is a park & ride which operates on match day from the Jaguar Car Plant in the south of the city.

There is a Tescos just opposite the ground, they do allow parking in the car park however you are required to spend a minimum of £25 in store.....a chance to stock up on some nosh and booze for the trip home!
