From the A13 take the Dagenham East exit, go over the railway brifgr and exit left at the lights onto the A1306 Westbound. At the double set of traffic lights with a Mcdonalds on the right hand side prepare to turn right at the second set lights onto Ballards Road. Keep left and continue to a large roundabout with a large pub (The Bull) on the left hand side and an Esso garage dirrectly opposite, take the first turning onto Rainham Road South. Continue along Rainham Road South, go over the bridge with Dagenham East Tube Station on the left hand side, then turn left approximately 500 metres later into Victoria Road.
